The longitudinal tear detection device for conveyor belts uses the latest 3D laser scanning, artificial intelligence, and image recognition technology to detect longitudinal tears for belt conveyor users
It provides a reliable and effective detection method for tearing, slipping, and deviation. The system can conduct real-time online detection of the bottom condition of the upper belt for 7 * 24 hours under normal operation of the belt conveyor. Once the belt is abnormal, an alarm will be issued immediately and the belt operation will be stopped to prevent further accidents from expanding.

• 该系统采用本公司自研的高速激光3D测量技术，并采用人工智能算法对实时采集的皮带3D图像进行智能分析，可计算出异常点的尺寸（高度、宽度、深度）、位置信息（需安装编码器同步），当异常值超过阈值，发出报警信号，可联动停机，并将信息实时记录在数据库内；
• 通过互联网将异常信息以微信或者短信的形式推送至相关责任人，或者现场音箱广播的方式提醒现场人员及时进行处理；

设备功能

• 纵向撕裂预警保护: 一旦发现皮带发生纵向撕裂，将在第一时间发出报警信号并及时停机，以免事故进一步扩大；
• 打滑、跑偏检测: 自动检测皮带是存在打滑现象、皮带是否严重跑偏等等。

安装在上输送带下方，上料点附近。
